3 residents tested positive on 11/23/21

We had additional residents test positive on 11/16/21.

We are now covid free and open for visitation!

1 additional resident tests positive on 9/9/21

1 positive resident on 9/2/21

2 additional residents test positive. Total of 5 residents.

1 resident and 2 employees tested positive. 2 out of 3 were vaccinated. Complete testing of all residents and employees were done, no further positives.

Although we were Covid free all residents and staff for the past 2 weeks one staff member did test positive  so only outdoor visitation will be allowed for now.
